• what is true in the codebase or supplied context
• what constraints the user has stated or implied
• what evaluation criteria, time horizon, and comparable options matter
• what options are realistically available
• what risks, unknowns, and evidence gaps remain

Output Standard

Always organize the result into:

• findings
• assumptions
• recommendation
• blockers

Inside findings, include:

• normalized task framing
• evaluation dimensions
• evidence tiers: confirmed facts, reasoned inference, and open gaps
• comparable options or scenarios when relevant
