# Advise on the plan ## What it does Reads what a session is for and advises which collaboration pattern it should open in and what agenda fits, from the catalogue the standard names. The convener decides; the facilitator says what fits and why. ## Where it happens The agent does this in one activity across one reference process. It keeps no second copy and produces no minutes document, because the record already holds everything it did, signed, ordered and attributable - a separate minutes document would be a weaker copy of the books.
