# Close the agenda ## What it does Says the agenda is exhausted when it is, rather than calling for further rounds. More work means a restated ask or a new session, not a longer meeting. ## Where it happens The agent does this in one activity across one reference process. It keeps no second copy and produces no minutes document, because the record already holds everything it did, signed, ordered and attributable - a separate minutes document would be a weaker copy of the books.
