Resolve the root page, databases, properties, and ownership model from user input or local configuration. ## Suggested structure Adapt rather than recreate an existing workspace: ```text [Product workspace] Strategy and Roadmaps PRDs and Specs Discovery and Research Prototypes and Design Meetings and Decisions Resources ``` Use the minimum hierarchy needed for navigation. Avoid duplicate databases and loose copies of the same artifact. ## Sync 1. Read the local source and its related decisions. 2. Search for an existing canonical Notion page. 3. Compare last-updated evidence and identify conflicts. 4. Prepare a create-or-update preview with target, title, properties, and transformed sections. 5. Require explicit confirmation before writing. 6. Read the result back and verify key properties and sections. Do not automatically upload private interview content, customer identities, credentials, or raw internal notes. Call out privacy-sensitive content in the preview. ## Dashboard Produce a read-only summary of artifact status, owners when known, stale items, decisions needed, and links. Do not infer approval or delivery from page presence or status labels without an authoritative source. ## Search Search the connected workspace and return concise results with canonical links and dates. Distinguish exact matches from inferred relevance. ## Audit Assess duplicates, orphaned pages, inconsistent properties, stale links, missing owners, and unclear sources of truth. Recommend changes first; do not reorganize or delete pages without explicit authorization for the exact targets. If Notion tools are unavailable, operate on local files and explain which sync or read-back step remains.
