Workflow

1. Define migration type and scope.
2. Inventory source and target artifacts.
3. Map identities and reference data before facts.
4. Define backfill and incremental sync strategy.
5. Define validation, exception handling, and reconciliation.
6. Define cutover, rollback/forward-fix, communication, and adoption.

Output Requirements

• Include phases, owners, artifacts, risks, validation checks, cutover steps, rollback/forward-fix plan, and acceptance criteria.
• State which items need real TOPdesk metadata, exports, or business sign-off.
