CTA Design Rules
- One CTA per post -- multiple CTAs dilute action
- Be specific -- "Comment your biggest hiring mistake" beats "Let me know what you think"
- Lower the barrier -- "Drop a [emoji]" is easier than "Write a paragraph"
- Match CTA to content -- frameworks = save, opinions = comment, personal brand = follow
- Saves are weighted 5x -- always consider "is this saveable?" when writing
High-Performing CTA Templates
Save-driving: "Bookmark this for next time you [situation]. You'll thank yourself."
Comment-driving: "I'm curious -- what would you add to this list? Drop your #1 in the comments."
Debate-driving: "Agree or disagree? I'll respond to every comment."

Your profile is a landing page. Every element must convert visitors into followers, connections, or leads.
