Deploy Check

Use this skill before running bootstrap on a new machine.

Steps

1. Run scripts/sync.sh.
2. Run scripts/doctor.sh.
3. Run scripts/bootstrap.sh --dry-run.
4. Inspect every path that would be changed under $HOME.
5. Run scripts/bootstrap.sh --apply only after the dry run is acceptable.
6. Run scripts/doctor.sh --global.

Notes

Bootstrap should back up conflicting files before linking. Keep secrets outside Monorepo.
