Read Instructions

Use this skill to collect local rules before changing files.

Steps

1. Identify the target path for the task.
2. Walk from the workspace root to that path.
3. Read every AGENTS.md found along the way.
4. If using Claude Code, also check relevant CLAUDE.md files.
5. Apply the nearest instruction when rules conflict.
6. Report any instruction conflict that would change the implementation plan.

Notes

Do not treat generated adapter files as canonical sources. Generated files point back to _shared/instructions/.
