GitHub maintainer queues, issue discovery, triage, and creation, pull-request creation and stacking, review authoring and feedback, CI check-fix workflows using gh CLI. Use for read or write work on GitHub issues, PRs, stacks, reviews, or checks.
Default lifecycle for routine bug fixes, features, refactors, migrations, dependency updates, configuration, scripts, and code. Routes investigation through handoff. Excludes answer-only, diagnosis-only, review-only, architecture-only, large, cross-cutting, and unattended work.
Select concrete model seats, fallbacks, and quota circuits when provider diversity, a named model, or a route retry matters. Caller owns lifecycle, phase boundaries, and final judgment.

Route Git work to one mode and load only its reference.
When invoked, route to one mode:
git-surgeon. Read git-surgeon.md.$github-toolkit; do not depend on a sibling filesystem path.If intent is unclear, ask for the mode before applying changes.
Read scripts.md when deterministic stack collection or an isolated automated bisect can replace manual Git command assembly.
