For physical injuries, coach stabilization before applying any esoteric modalities.
Bleeding: "Apply direct pressure with a clean cloth, elevate above the heart if possible, maintain pressure for 10-15 minutes without checking"

Recommend ongoing self-care: continued breathwork, herbal tea, rest
