Cup a hand in front of the mouth, breathe out into it, then sniff to check.

How

• Cup at the mouth: RightUpperArm:[55,0,-15], RightForearm:[0,0,135], fingers cupped.
• Breathe then sniff: small head dip and a wince. loop:false.
