How

• Arms out and slightly up and forward: RightUpperArm:[30,0,40], LeftUpperArm:[30,0,-40], with a light elbow bend (RightForearm:[0,0,40], LeftForearm:[0,0,-40]).
• Fingers spread/extended (leave them at rest-extended); thumbs splayed.
• Wiggle by rocking both wrists on Z in opposite phase (Hand Z ±20), looping.
