A crisp, upright parade march that TRAVELS to a destination. This is the moving march; marching on the spot is handled by walk's in-place exception.

How

• TRAVEL uses top-level moveTo (never an in-place leg sequence for the moving version). Use a named target or a point ahead computed from state.position+state.faceDeg (0=+Z, 90=+X), d~2.5–3.
• durationMs ~2200–2600.
• Base pose for a proud carriage: chest lifted (Chest:[-4,0,0]), head up (Neck:[-3,0,0]). The engine overlays a brisk, even step cycle.
