Index finger raised and wagging side to side — the classic scolding "no, no, no".

How (right hand; mirror to Left: thumb Z -40)

• Raise the hand up and forward: RightUpperArm:[70,0,25], RightForearm:[0,0,95].
• Point shape: index [0,0,0] (all 3 segments); curl middle/ring/pinky [80,0,0]/[80,0,0]/[70,0,0]; tuck thumb (RightThumb1:[60,0,40]).
• Wag by rocking the wrist on Z (RightHand 25 <-> -25) in a loop.
