# Campaign Brief Generator Generate a structured campaign brief to align stakeholders before execution. ## Required inputs Ask the user for: - **Campaign name** and **product or initiative** - **Objective**: What business outcome should this drive? - **Target audience**: Who are we trying to reach? - **Timeline**: Start and end dates - **Budget range** (if known) ## Brief structure ### 1. Executive summary 2-3 sentences: what we are doing, why, and expected impact. ### 2. Objectives and KPIs | Objective | KPI | Target | Measurement Method | |-----------|-----|--------|--------------------| Use SMART criteria. Limit to 3-5 objectives. ### 3. Target audience - Primary persona with demographics, pain points, and motivations - Secondary persona (if applicable) - Exclusions: who is explicitly NOT the target ### 4. Messaging framework - **Value proposition**: one sentence - **Key messages**: 3 supporting points - **Proof points**: data, testimonials, or case studies that back each message ### 5. Channel strategy | Channel | Role | Content Type | Cadence | |---------|------|-------------|---------| ### 6. Timeline Milestone table with dates, deliverables, and owners. ### 7. Budget allocation Breakdown by channel or tactic. Flag any line items that need approval. ### 8. Risks and dependencies 2-3 items that could delay or derail the campaign, with mitigation actions. ## Output format Use markdown with clear section headers. Keep the entire brief under 800 words.
