The DR81 backlink makes it one of the most valuable directory submissions by backlink strength — ranking above Uneed (DR74) and below only Product Hunt (DR91) and Hacker News (DR91). Gotchas

Best-effort from research — review these, especially items about features and pricing that may change.

• Free tier requires a badge on your site. Unlike Uneed (free with no badge) or ProductBurst (instant free), Fazier's free tier requires you to add a verification badge to your homepage or footer. If you don't want a badge, the Lite tier ($19) removes this requirement.

• Traffic is very modest. ~658 estimated monthly visits — this is primarily an SEO backlink play, not a traffic source. Don't expect significant referral visits.

• 15-day review for free submissions. Manual moderation means your listing isn't instant. Plan accordingly if timing matters.

• DR81 is from LaunchDirectories — verify independently. Domain ratings fluctuate and sources can disagree. The site claims "DR 81+" for its guaranteed backlink tier. Verify with Ahrefs or similar after your listing goes live.

• Lite tier backlink is conditional. "High-authority backlink for top 3 daily products" — not guaranteed for all Lite submissions. Only Premium ($39) guarantees the backlink.

• Pricing shows crossed-out "original" prices. Lite was "$29" now "$19", Premium was "$59" now "$39", Super was "$79" now "$99" (wait — Super went UP?). Pricing display may be marketing-driven. Focus on current prices.

• Small community means less voting activity. Daily launches may have fewer votes and less engagement than larger platforms. This can be an advantage (less competition) or disadvantage (less social proof).
