get-up
Bring the body back to standing rest from a sit (on furniture or in place) or
from lying on the bed. One Action does it: reset the legs to their standing rest
values and reset the body height with root:{ "y":0 }. The engine also clears the
lying tilt (pitch) automatically whenever you send a root that doesn't lie down,
so this same Action wakes the body up off the bed too.

Rest (standing) leg values, absolute local euler deg, XYZ:
LeftUpLeg:[0,0,180], LeftLeg:[0,0,0], LeftFoot:[90,0,0], RightUpLeg:[0,0,180], RightLeg:[0,0,0], RightFoot:[90,0,0] plus root:{ "y":0 }.
To fully reset every joint (e.g. after a sprawled sleeping pose), output the whole
rest pose for the arms/torso too: arms *UpperArm:[0,0,±90] (left +90, right
−90), *Forearm:[0,0,0], and Spine/Chest/Neck/Head:[0,0,0].

Notes
root:{ "y":0 } lifts the body back to standing height; the engine resets the
lying pitch to 0 in the same move (so you don't emit any pitch yourself).- Use ~800–1100 ms for a smooth, weighted rise. If the body should then walk
somewhere, follow up with a
walk Action.
