Lie on one side, stack the body in a straight line, support on the bottom arm, and reach the top arm straight up. Uses posture:lieSide (don't set root.y). A held pose.

How

• posture:"lieSide". Bottom (left) arm supports toward the floor: LeftUpperArm:[0,0,120], forearm straight.
• Top (right) arm reaches up: RightUpperArm:[0,0,90] (overhead-to-side).
• Body long and straight: legs at rest *UpLeg:[0,0,180], neutral Spine.
