证据真实性审查技能
Overview
本技能提供一套系统化的证据真实性审查方法，涵盖书证、物证、电子数据、证人证言等各类证据类型的审查要点，帮助律师准确判断证据是否真实可靠，为质证提供有力依据。
Background
根据《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第八十七条，人民法院对单一证据审核认定的第一项即是"证据是否为原件、原物"。真实性是证据的"地基"，地基不牢，地动山摇。证据真实性审查分为形式审查（快速筛查）和实质审查（深度解剖）两个层次。

1. 书证审查

Legal Guardrails
