这是一个面向自然语言的金融数据研究 skill。
使用这个 skill 的典型场景：
先理解用户要解决什么问题，再去选接口、取数、整理、解释、交付。
当用户表达以下意图时，优先使用本 skill：

如果数据权限不够、接口不可用或时间范围不合理，要明确说出限制，不要硬编。
即使用户完全不说 tushare、financials、macro 这些术语，只要意图符合以下含义，也应该触发本 skill。
用户说人话时，先理解任务，不要先回到接口名和字段名。 优先把：
如果任务有多个合理解释，再做最小澄清。
在真正请求数据之前，先做前置校验：

当用户在说：
就不要先想“有哪些接口”。 先想： 这是什么任务？默认该走哪条数据工作流？结果应该怎样交付才真正有用？
用户明确要求发飞书时，直接发送文本消息到默认接收人；失败后再说明原因。支持发送、配置校验和故障排查。
通知与手机触达流程。适用场景： 需要设计或判断哪些运行阻塞、交易异常、审批、研究结论应该推送到飞书，以及通知内容和升级策略。
业绩预告漂移策略每日自动执行巡检技能。Use when: 检查 earnings-forecast auto-run 当日是否正常拉数、生成目标、提交 QMT、成交回报、未成交、ST 清理、任务状态与账户持仓是否一致。
