# Report what fit ## What it does Says, at the debrief, which patterns fit the work and which phases dragged, from the record's own timing rather than impression. ## Where it happens The agent does this in one activity across one reference process. It keeps no second copy and produces no minutes document, because the record already holds everything it did, signed, ordered and attributable - a separate minutes document would be a weaker copy of the books.
