Plank

A held plank, stylized for an upright rig: hinge the torso forward toward horizontal, support on the arms, and balance on the toes.

How

• Torso long and forward: Spine:[80,0,0], Chest:[10,0,0]; head neutral with the body (Neck:[-20,0,0],Head:[-15,0,0]).
