cricket-bowl
The classic straight-arm cricket bowling action: the bowling arm windmills up and over the top (no elbow bend) while the body rotates, finishing with the arm down past the front hip. A non-looping sequence.
How
- Load: bowling arm back-down (
RightUpperArm:[-30,0,-90]), front arm up (LeftUpperArm:[120,0,0]), torso coiled (Spine:[0,20,0]).
- Over the top: straight arm sweeps up and over (
RightUpperArm:[0,0,-160] → [0,0,160]).
- Release & follow: arm down across (
RightUpperArm:[100,0,30]), torso rotates through (Spine:[20,-20,0]).
