shadow-stretch

A flowing standing stretch: reach both arms overhead, then lean the torso to one side and the other for a lateral stretch, and return. A non-looping sequence.

How

• Reach up: LeftUpperArm:[0,0,-90],RightUpperArm:[0,0,90].
• Side-bend right: Spine:[0,0,20],Chest:[0,0,10] (arms follow).
• Side-bend left: Spine:[0,0,-20]. Return to rest.
