Generates playable isometric city-builder "games" — zone residential/commercial/industrial land, draw roads, watch buildings grow (or abandon) as demand and land value change, with cars routing over whatever road network the player actually built. Use when the description involves a city builder, SimCity-style game, "let me zone and build a city", or a construction/economy sim in isometric pixel art. Sibling to iso-living-world (which is a fixed, non-buildable ambient diorama) — pick this skill instead whenever the player needs to place zones/roads themselves.
Generates living isometric pixel-art world "games" — ambient explorable cities/villages with a movable player, wandering NPCs with speech bubbles, ambient traffic, and district-based world layout. No win condition; the world itself is the product. Use when the description involves a living city, ambient world, "world like the Anthropic SF pixel map", explorable diorama, or a town that runs itself.
Generates genre-appropriate sound effects and looping background music for a generated game. When ELEVENLABS_API_KEY is set, calls the ElevenLabs text-to-sound-effects API for real MP3 audio; otherwise falls back to Web Audio oscillator synthesis. Produces sfx.json, music.json, and AudioManager.js. Run in parallel with art generation stages.

Scans the codesmith-generated Game.js for every string literal used as an animation key or texture key, then checks each against the manifest. Catches the most common class of silent Phaser failures — mismatched key names — in milliseconds without a browser.
After codesmith writes src/scenes/Game.js, before starting the dev server. Also run after refiner patches to catch regressions.

Valid animation keys are derived from manifest.sprites:

Exit code 0 = all OK, 5 = errors found, 3 = missing files.
scripts/audit_manifest.mjs <project-dir> after codesmith writes Game.js.manifest-key-mismatch failures. Refiner fixes key strings.Feed errors into refiner as:
