calf-raise-hold
A static top-of-the-calf-raise: press up onto the toes (plantarflex both ankles) and hold, with the body lifted slightly and arms out a touch for balance. (For reps use calf-raises.)
How
- Both ankles pressed down onto the toes:
*Foot:[55,0,0].
- Lift the body a touch:
root.y:0.08.
- Small arm spread for balance (
*UpperArm:[0,0,±80]). A held pose.
