The classic exercise: hop the feet apart while throwing the arms overhead, then hop back together. A looping sequence combining leg abduction, arms overhead, and a small root.y hop (which returns to 0, so looping is safe).

OUT frame: abduct the legs (LeftUpLeg:[0,0,150],RightUpLeg:[0,0,-150]) and raise arms overhead (LeftUpperArm:[0,0,-90],RightUpperArm:[0,0,90]) with a small hop (root.y:0.1). IN frame: legs and arms back to rest, root.y:0.durationMs ~700–900 per rep.
