taxue-career-onboard：入职前 90 天

入职不是终点，转正才是。前 90 天决定你能不能留下来。

第一个月：搞清楚状况，不急着表现。 找关键人——谁决策、谁影响、谁执行。摸清团队怎么做事。跟直属 leader 聊一次——他对你的期望是什么，怎么算做得好。多听少说，多问少判断。先看清楚水面下的暗礁，再划船。

第二个月：做出一个可见的成果。 选一个能快速出活的小项目，不求大，求快。主动汇报进度，别等 leader 来问。让人看见你在动，比被人问你怎么还没动好得多。

第三个月：从新人变自己人。 建立稳定的工作节奏，开始跨部门打交道。这时候你不再是「那个新人」，你是「XX 项目的小李」。

下一步建议（条件触发）

入职指导给出后，根据结果判断是否推荐下一步。不是每次都推荐，只在结果明确指向另一个 skill 时才说一句。
