Eight Agent Skills for construction managers, PMs, and site/office staff. Each handles a specific document or task, from meeting minutes and site diaries to RFIs, inspection records, variation notices, defects, tender comparisons, and inbox triage.
The daily diary instructions illustrate an entry as area + activity + constraint: L2 grid C-D — formwork to soffit — waiting reo inspection. This is a source-document example.

Where references/project-defaults.md is present, replace its project, contract, numbering, distribution, and authority placeholders with your own. The README asks users to adapt templates to their real office forms before a live job and scope the pack to the project.
Outputs stop at a draft and a human hold point. The pack does not send messages, commit costs, or sign variations. Missing numbers and document references stay UNKNOWN; meeting action owners and dates stay unassigned unless provided. The tender matrix does not choose a winner by default, and inspection or defect closure requires the specified records.
