Construction Office Skills Pack：整理工地记录与工程文书草稿
面向施工管理人员、项目经理和现场或办公室人员的八个 Agent Skills。按具体工作分工，涵盖会议纪要、施工日志、RFI、检验记录、变更与工期延长通知、缺陷记录、投标比较和消息分拣。

用途
按要完成的文书或任务选择：
- 会议与现场记录：
meeting-minutes-actions、daily-site-diary。 - 收件箱与图纸疑问：
inbox-triage、rfi-drafter。 - 检验关口与缺陷：
itp-holdpoint-check、ncr-punch-writer。 - 额外工作、延误与投标文件：
variation-eot-draft、tender-compare-matrix。
必要前提
按所选 Skill 提供会议笔记、图纸与规范引用、现场观察、检验记录、合同摘录或投标文件。若文件夹中有 references/project-defaults.md，先替换项目、合同、编号、分发名单和审批权限等占位内容。README 要求正式用于项目之前，先按实际办公表单调整模板，并把技能包限定在对应项目中使用。
限制
产出停在草稿，发送和商务承诺设有人工确认点；技能包不发消息、不承诺费用，也不签署变更。缺失的数字和文件引用保留为 UNKNOWN，会议行动负责人和日期未提供时保留为未分配。投标比较默认不选中标方；检验或缺陷关闭须有规定的记录支持。
