Detects and resolves ambiguity in user requests — when statements are vague, contradictory, missing key constraints, or have multiple valid interpretations, grills one question at a time until precise understanding is reached. Also responds to explicit summons: 'grill me', '拷打我', 'challenge this', '找漏洞', '压力测试', '方案评审', 'poke holes', 'test my plan'. Never batches questions. Reads code/docs before asking. Do NOT use for clear unambiguous instructions, pure execution tasks, or when user explicitly says 'just do it'.
