Load with the arms swung back, jump up and forward driving the arms up, and stick the landing in a soft quarter-squat at a slightly raised height (the box). A single rep (loop:false).

How

• Load: *UpLeg:[50,0,0],*Leg:[70,0,0], Spine:[20,0,0], arms back (*UpperArm:[-30,0,±90]), root.y:-0.35.
• Jump: legs extend, arms drive up (*UpperArm:[120,0,0]), root.y:0.3.
