• 100 = Issue fully resolved, customer confirmed satisfaction
• 75 = Issue likely resolved, reasonable steps taken
• 50 = Partial resolution, some aspects unresolved
• 25 = Issue mostly unresolved, minimal progress made
• 0 = Issue not addressed at all
