A relaxed, steady run. Same mechanism as run but calmer — moderate distance, relaxed bent arms, little lean.
moveTo (never in-place legs). Use a named target, or compute a point ahead from state.position+state.faceDeg (0=+Z, 90=+X): x'=x+sin(face)*d, z'=z+cos(face)*d with d~2.5–3.durationMs (~2200–2600).pose: RightForearm:[0,0,75], LeftForearm:[0,0,-75] (elbows softly bent).
