求职者

内推效率最高。 有目标公司，内部有人递一下简历，比你海投 100 份管用。猎头适合中高端岗位，年薪 30 万以上的可以考虑。垂直社区和 Boss 直聘适合主动出击。公司官网排最后——除非你有明确目标。

核心一条：10 份精准投递远大于 100 份海投。 别在错的池子里浪费饵。

雇主

根据岗位类型选渠道。技术岗去社区，中高层用猎头，基础岗 Boss 直聘。不展开，用户有具体需求时再给建议。
